Textured Ceiling Removal & Restored

Outdated popcorn ceilings can make a space feel dark and dated. We safely remove old textures, repair the underlying surface, and refinish the ceiling to a smooth or modern texture of your choice. The result is a cleaner, brighter look that instantly updates your home. 

How is it done:  We dilute the celling with solution to thens safely scrape the popcorn off.   Once all the popcorn is removed from the ceiling, we look over the ceiling for damages - tape seams, cracks, holes or damaged drywall. We remove all damaged tape seams and replace them with a much stronger mesh tape and damaged drywall will be removed and replaced with new drywall. After all seams are removed and damaged drywall is replaced, it is then primed. Once the primed and fully dried, the seams and holes will be skimmed until a smooth finish is created. Any edges left will then be sponged or sanded and ready for the new look.
